You can file a complaint or a dispute on any completed transaction that you think is not fulfilled accordingly. You might be required to submit bank statement, screenshots and other documents that will support your claims. 

To file a dispute:

  1. On your dashboard, click on the completed transaction card that you will want to dispute. Click on the rightmost tab Dispute Payment and click on the Start Dispute button. 

     2. Fill out the dispute form with as many details about the transaction as you can and upload any supporting documents you have. Submit.

    3. You will be notified via email as soon as a CoinPip team member picks up the dispute, every time there is an update on the query, and when the case is closed.    

    4. Until the case is closed you can add comments and upload pertinent documents. Once closed, the resolution will be displayed on your dashboard. You will have the option to re-open resolved dispute cases using the Re-Open Dispute button.
