CoinPip services are available to over 40 countries worldwide. However, some services are limited to certain countries and account types. Please check here for the services available to your country and account type.
To create the send money request:
- On your dashboard, click on the Send Money tab located at the right side of your screen. If you’re on a mobile device, tap on the Our Services button and then on the Send Money.
2. Enter the email and the country of the recipient and then click on Next. In some countries, recipients are required to have a registered CoinPip account. Click here to check if your recipient needs to register.
**You can also copy a previously processed transaction by typing in the email or name of the recipient in the Email or Name field. A list of your previous transactions will be displayed. Just clicked on the one that you want to copy.
3. Fill out the required information in the transaction form then Submit.
4. You have the option to add up to three emails to receive copies of the transaction email. Add your cc email/s and then click on Submit.
5. Your send money request has been placed. This is the summary of the transaction. Check your email for the transaction receipt.
To pay for the transaction:
6. Wait for the deposit instructions which will be sent after the send money request is reviewed. This will be sent through email and will also be displayed on your account dashboard.
7. Pay the required amount.
8. Confirm your deposit by using the Confirm button found on the transaction card on your account dashboard. You can also send us the confirmation through email.
Once the transaction is paid, we will process the transfer. Email notifications will be sent to both sender and recipient.
